In close consultation with the customer, the possibility of implementing production of the ventilation unit in a more economical manner was assessed.
The main aim was to make subsequent work stages unnecessary thanks to the defined adhesion.
From extensive experimentation and test processes, a 2-component was developed which has its own developed thermoplastic elastomer. And this combines the product properties required with cohesive adhesion to PA6 and hotmelt.
Excellent fluidity, outstanding adhesive bonding and good demoulding characteristics ensure constant processes and high quality products.
